On the nose, floral elements intertwine with baked peach and pear alongside vanilla and caramel cream sprinkled with cinnamon powder. On the palate, baked peach and pear are in charge with sweeter elements and spice from the nose circling underneath. The finish is long, with a slow drop off of sweeter flavors into pleasant cardamom and clove, before dark chocolate and vanilla return and linger. Well-structured sipper.
